This package is not a formal diagnostic process. It does not replace an evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional (psychologist, neuropsychologist, psychiatrist).

It is a tool for exploration and validation for those who self-identify and want to reflect, gain perspective, and put words to what they're experiencing — using questionnaires that are scientifically validated and adapted to the female experience.

Self-identification is, in my view, a valid path in itself. This package honors that stance, without pushing toward a formal diagnosis or discouraging it: what comes next is entirely up to you.

Is this screening medically recognized?
No, and it's important to say so clearly. This is not a formal diagnostic process. The questionnaires used are scientifically validated, but the support I offer is within a coaching framework, not a medical practice. If you're looking for an official diagnosis, you'll need to consult a psychologist or neuropsychologist.
What if I want to pursue a formal diagnosis afterward?
That's entirely your right, and many of my clients choose this path after the screening. The report you walk away with can help you better articulate your situation with a healthcare professional. This package is often a step that brings clarity to whatever comes next.
What if the results don't show marked autistic traits?
That's also a valuable answer. Putting words to what you're experiencing sometimes means discovering you were looking in the wrong place. Our session will allow you to explore other possible paths if that's the case, without judgment.
Can I do this package if I already have a diagnosis?
Absolutely. Several already-diagnosed women choose this package to better understand their specific profile across the 8 dimensions, particularly social masking — an aspect often underexplored in traditional diagnostic processes.
Is this covered by insurance?
Since this is coaching and not a medical service, it's generally not covered by health insurance. Some plans do cover life or wellness coaching — check with your insurance provider.
How long does the full process take?
Allow 2 to 3 weeks from start to finish, depending on your pace in filling out the questionnaires and availability for the Zoom session. There's no rush — we move at your pace.
What if I need longer-term support afterward?
We'll talk about it during the results session. If you'd like to continue, I'll guide you toward the coaching format that best matches your needs, with no pressure to continue with me specifically.
